DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia. Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours however occasionally there may be a delay if we need to review your order or during busy periods. Please note all orders are sent using registered post or courier and therefore must be signed for.
We provide a standard delivery service:
Christmas Deliveries – place order before 15:00 Sydney time, 05.12.25 to guarantee International deliveries and Australia orders before 15:00 Sydney time, 15.12.25.
Customers outside of Australia
International shipping – We deliver all over the world with few exceptions. We are able to ship to many countries on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders.
Due to recent tariff changes, all parcels shipped to the United States will now incur an additional 30% surcharge to cover required customs entry fees. We appreciate your understanding as we adapt to these new regulations.
